Quick Service Restaurants

The Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business is hard, really hard. There’s high costs, low margins, fierce competition driving high consumer expectations and then there’s the forced transparency brought on by social media and the freedom of the Internet. If you’re a boutique food retail chain, maybe under 24 stores, you have the added challenge of being the Head Office and very unlikely you have the finances to bring a full time Marketing Manager on board. And this is where I can help.

Despite all of this and behind the headache, there are these crazy, beautiful, passionate and real people of the hospitality industry. That is what drew me in and kept me here, driving my mission to help these businesses through marketing.

QSR Franchisees

Going into a franchise is definitely a great option to spread the risk of owning your own food retail business. No doubt you’ll have a great Head Office team to support you. But, at the end of the day the buck stops with you. After all you are the CEO of your own business and therefore, you’ll financially benefit if you remain proactive and not solely rely on the franchise for your store’s success.

That means taking charge of your store at a local level - local area marketing, local branding, in-store customer experience and fully support any national promotions from Head Office. And this is where I can help.

Independent Cafes & Restaurants

The empowerment of owning your very own cafe or restaurant free from any Head Office restrictions is very appealing. You can set the direction of your entire store. But it also means you carry all the risks. Just because you a made foodie or an exceptional chef, do you have the knowledge to know how to attract and keep customers? This is where I can help you.
